When Kaspa Carpet first opened its doors in 1986, its owner and staff were determined to right the wrongs that are pervasive in the retail industry, particularly flooring. You have seen it yourself. Everyday our competitors bombard you with TV commercials promising that if you purchase one room of flooring, you will receive two rooms for free. These commercials appear to be too good to be true, and that’s because they are. It’s just another attempt to confuse customers by deceiving them with cheap sales tricks and gimmicks. The only thing that you will receive for free is aggravation and disappointment when you realize that you were just another victim of their marketing scheme. Despite our competitors’ promises for free products and services, their final price is still somehow hundreds, if not thousands of dollars more than ours.

At Kaspa Carpet, we refuse to mislead our customers because we understand that sacrificing our reputation for a quick buck is the quickest way out of business. We have been in the same location since we opened our doors nearly three decades ago because we are experts in our craft who believe in honesty and integrity. We will do the right job, the first time. And, in that extremely rare circumstance where a mistake is made, we will be there to fix it.
